Summer of 2012

having a fun time visiting family and friends meeting new friends .....  new friends, starting here a young man interested in spending time with Nature lovin' me ! wow! I am not used to that. and even more not used to the awakening of things left sleeping for 2 years+

got to see all of the oldest brothers family at the newest babies 1st birthday. hope to spend more time with each.  Got to take my Nephew to camp and he got to hear Drum Circle so moving for me I hope he liked it as much as me. the birthday party was great fun got to see all 4 generations playing and happy.

went for a lovely walk last night up on Anderson Hill, walked to an old mill site and some pretty falls even tho there wasn't much water. the woods were lovely and good conversation was enjoyed. after sunset we just rode back roads glad he knew where he was cuz I did not ! I have gotten around okay but got very lost yesterday after visiting the first sisterinlaw. but it was fun.

I have drivin through Owego and so many places are tore up so many marks for condemmed houses. so much loss, yet so many are rebuilding I wonder the good judgement of it tho.

new chapter

so I have arrived the healing place and the healing has begun, every single man within 2 counties has been summond by well meaning family and friends, so every where I am taken there is someone new for me to meet...... smile on
Tigger is settling in to our room and a car will be borrowed for the remainder of my visit.
I hope to get out to see family and friends and to take pictures of Owego.  I was shocked at the lack of people around town. next weekend is the strawberry festival I hope they have a good turn out.  The strawberries that we picked on Sunday were yummy
I will need maps to get from here to there tho I remember nothing about the highways or roads !  I am hoping to get to see everyone at least once,  I have taken a few pictures but not many I will load some eventually!  till then enjoy your summer!
