Sallie and Mom at Snoqualmie falls oh Randy and Ivy too....
beautiful day at the falls
Randy. Moms little shadow, hes not so little...18 pounds now, but he should be lots trimmer by fall. If, Mom keeps gardening and walking him anyway. we stopped for ice cream Mom had a sandwich, she is a diabetic and watches what and when she eats so well her blood work aci # is 5.9 meaning non-diabetic...she still amazes me. she is so strong.

beautiful day to see the mountain and some trees !
Skookum Falls
Mt Rainier, needed to change the setting but had Sallie taking pictures from her window while I drove...
south side of Mt St Helens was not open, so we traveled the long way around to the west side hwy to go to Johnston Ridge. the visitor center was closed but the views were still open, we had the mountain almost to ourselves !
Randy in the back Ivy in the front, watching for bigfoot !
the dome in the crater is growing again, she ma regain her top in my lifetime at this rate!

our hosts were Sallies Mom and partner Cameron. her brother and his wife came down to visit as well and overlapping meant I get to see Danette ! so glad that part of the trip worked out good. it has been too long since I have seen them.
the landscaped yard was lovely!
Sallies whole gang
my poor old Ivy, mostly blind now and hearing is only when she really wants to....
the sights from the butte in Bend Or.
the now empty Osprey nest across from Hailee's apartment.
Multnomah Falls Or.

the camera battery died here so you don't get to see any of the other 73 waterfalls on this old hwy.
back to Sumas to Moms garden. I am glad she has it, it will help get her out and exercising again, tho she has put a great deal into the ground she will be taking care of it from now till harvest time, no more road trips for her.
first harvest of spinach
an eagle getting hit by redwing black birdsI love the new camera!
Sallies husband Jerry with his mountain man gear on
Sallies yard bunny......
it was an interesting trip, we spent 3 nights in Camas and not a single picture ..... damn falling down on my job! we went through the ape caves on Sunday. and they were a bit different than I remember, lots more things have fallen, and lots of new cracks, not sure its as stable an area as I once thought ! will try to go back soon to show them the tale of 2 forests trail. Enjoy !
