as fall gently drops on our mountains, you can hear the sounds of the tourists going home and those of us that live here picking up the trash left behind. Another season of my life has past, a new one begun. I am thankful for today and where I am. I saw so very much this summer and will hold memories dear to me forever.

Gosh I wished I lived there or at least could visit more often. *sigh*
Tourist season is over here too. The beaches look deserted. We spent last Sunday on the beach while M and friends fished. I enjoyed the weather while grading papers. Oh well. :-)
